Actually wore this with tights but since I couldn't find any plain black ones (why is my drawer filled with deceptive navy, why why why?) and a friend told me this outfit "just needs a pair of knee highs to be a bad catholic schoolgirl" I figured why not. Not that I had that in mind at all when deciding what to wear. I was feeling more punky-but-sweet, weird. Also my look how long my hair is! :)
