Recently I've been whinging about lack of inspiration (if you hadn't noticed: I've been very uninspired). But my mojo is now back, thank god. I love inspiration, it always hits me when I need it most. I think there's four parts to any sort of art (and maybe other things that aren't arts to): inspiration, thinking, developing and producing. But not necessarily in that order.
Anyway, things that have inspired me recently are (in no particular order):
1. Lady Gaga concert
2. Fountains
3. Vintage/independent shops - the whole atmosphere not just the clothes. Especially the furniture.
4. Feathers
5. Rumi Neely from fashiontoast
6. Poems
7. Songs, especially Amy MacDonald
Hopefully you might recognise these inspirations in my next few outfits. If not, no worries, inspiration is a personal thing and I will explain. :)
