I promise I'm not normally a flower person, but something about blossom just appeals to me. Maybe because I was born amid the Japanese cherry blossoms in DC. Yesterday I saw these blossoming trees, the first I've seen this year and I knew I HAD to take photos with them, like I intended to do all last spring but never got round so. I only want to wear pastels at the moment, but with art on full priority I can't, so I planned my pastel lilac and black outfit carefully for this shoot. :)
